Blockchain & Full-Stack Engineer, Web3 Strategist & Technical Lecturer

Jelena Gjorgjev is a software engineer, web developer, and technology leader with over a decade of experience across academia, startups, and enterprise software. Combining a Master’s in Informatics with a Global Master’s in Blockchain Technology, she has worked as CTO, lead developer, database analyst, and project manager on products ranging from mobility platforms and IoT systems to SaaS tools and enterprise applications. Jelena is deeply involved in blockchain, DeFi, NFTs, and decentralized identity, participating in multiple talent programmes at the Frankfurt School Blockchain Center while actively building solutions at the intersection of Web2 and Web3. As a university assistant professor and IB/DP Computer Science teacher, she mentors the next generation of engineers in topics like data mining, intelligent systems, computer graphics, and internet technologies. Her work bridges hands-on engineering, research, and education, with a focus on practical impact, security, and long-term technological sustainability.
